The GPSVisualizer method might be worth trying if you use a Mac or Penguin and can't run GPSDump. GPSDump is probably the easiest option to go from GPS->kml in one go, although it doesn't yet include the. FlightTrack will also let you open an IGC file and save it as a GPX file. Since you're on a Mac you can use FlightTrack which is totally free and will download your track to an IGC file *OR* a GPX file. I have tons of ideas and people here are asking of new features but I cant seem to manage it all. I have released it as open source so that it could be a common start base for developers to add their work and features, but till now it has been a one man's show. It is an open source project and has the functionality of analyzing and converting to kml as well. The French log5020 converts the displayed igc file to GE with the click of a button and opens that program in the process.
